Why is Flyer.Deals better than other options?
There are a lot of benefits that Flyer.Deals gives you over other options, such as direct mail. The biggest one is simply your visibility. We're getting your ad straight to each homeowner's door as opposed to in a pile of 100 other ads in their mailbox. With this, conversion and engagement with your business is much better.
What does it cost to advertise with Flyer.Deals?
That depends on several factors, primarily the ad option that you choose. We currently have 3 main options: Spotlight, Full Size, and Half Size, all of which are double-sided. For pricing in your area, fill out our Advertise form and a team member will reach out to you shortly.
Am I required to provide a promotion or discount?
Yes! This is one of the biggest reasons our flyers are so successful - our viewers know there's always value and money to be saved with every Flyer.Deals door hanger that lands on their door.
Is there a minimum term?
We do require a minimum commitment of 3 months/zone and discounts are available for longer terms. Thereafter, we require a 3 month commitment for each zone you choose.
Can I get a term discount and change my zones each month?
If you're provided a discount for a longer term than 3 months, you must continue with the zone chosen for the entirety of the term in order to take advantage of the term discounts provided. You may change the zones you're enrolled in each 3 months, however there would be no term discounts available.
My zone has 30,000 homes, but you're only doing 10,000/month. Why?
There are a few reasons for this. One reason is to keep your monthly costs down while still being able to get your brand in front of 30,000 homes. Additionally, with irregular and less frequent drops to particular homes, we've found that engagement is higher.
How do you determine which homes to distribute to?
Each of our zones is largely based on zip codes. We block those together into single zones in ways that will create distribution areas of around 30,000 homes. From there, our software will determine which homes to distribute to in a given month to hit all of the homes in each zone and maximize our team's canvassing efficiency.
What are the important deadlines?
Each month we need to have our flyers ready to print in each zone 15 days before the first day of distribution. With that, we must have your ad designs finalized with you by no later than 15 days prior to the beginning of distribution. Each zone begins to be distributed on the first of each month, so graphics need to be wrapped up and ready to print by the end of the day on the 15th of the month prior.
Are the ads perforated?
Yes! All of the ads are perforated for easy tearing out.
Do I need to provide the artwork for my ad?
You can provide whatever you'd like, however our team will design your ad for you if you'd like. We will take other graphics that your company uses to create the ad. We can also take other ads you've had created in the past and reformat them for Flyer.Deals.
We include one ad design from our team once every 3 months. If you'd like to change them monthly, you can. If we provide the ad design, there will be an additional cost, however there is no additional cost if you provide print-ready files for us.
What is the design process?
Once your ad placement has been finalized, one of our designers will reach out to you to confirm the details for the ad as well as to review any marketing material you provided during sign up. From there they will create the first revision of the ad for you. Once you review the ad you will then respond with change requests or an approval.
Who do I talk to about my ad design?
What's the billing process?
In order to secure your spot, your first month's payment is due at signing. Once the first payment has been made we'll be able to move forward with setting up your ad, ad design, and securing your spot.
Thereafter, no matter the term of the contract, your monthly payment for each zone will be due 30 days prior to the beginning of the month distribution. For example, if your next distribution is going out in August, the first distribution date would be August 1 and your payment for that month will be due on July 1.
What if a homeowner doesn't want a flyer left on their door?
While this is extremely rare, it can happen and we respect that. We have a system that allows homeowners to opt out of receiving Flyer.Deals at their home via our website, which we can then track electronically.
Are your canvassers permitted?
Yep! Each of our team members is always properly permitted with the local municipalities for the areas they're covering.
